  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Whole milk

  • 4 Bacon slices

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Slice the croissants in half horizontally and set them aside.

In a medium non-stick frying pan, cook the bacon slices over medium heat until they are crispy, approximately 5-7 minutes. Remove the bacon from the pan and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
