Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 8 slices Bacon
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese

  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Pickles (optional, chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions (optional, sliced)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon and place it on a paper towel-lined plate. Once cool, crumble the bacon into small pieces and set aside.

Drain most of the bacon grease, leaving about 1 tablespoon in the skillet.
