  • 8 slices bacon
  • 6 large eggs
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 0.5 cup pico de gallo
  • 1 avocado
  • 0.5 cup sour cream (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon slices and cook until crispy, about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove the bacon from the skillet and place on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess grease. Once cooled, crumble or chop into smaller pieces.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
