Ingredients

  • 250 grams all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 60 grams unsalted butter
  • 150 milliliters milk
  • 150 grams sliced bacon
  • 100 grams shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add the butter, and using your fingertips, rub it into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
