Ingredients

  • 12 slices Thick-cut bacon
  • 12 pieces Carrot sticks
  • 12 pieces Asparagus spears
  • 1 large Red bell pepper
  • 1 medium Zucchini

  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 24 pieces Optional: toothpicks

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Peel the carrots and cut them into sticks approximately the same size as the asparagus spears.

Step 3

Slice the red bell pepper and zucchini into strips that are similar in size to the carrot sticks and asparagus.
