Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 250 g Ground pork
  • 12 slices Bacon
  • 1 medium, finely chopped Onion
  • 3 minced Garlic cloves
  • 1 large Egg
  • 100 g Breadcrumbs
  • 60 ml Milk
  • 50 g, grated Parmesan cheese
  • 60 ml Ketchup
  • 15 ml Dijon mustard
  • 15 ml Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and milk. Allow to soak for 5 minutes.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and ground pork. Add the soaked breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, grated Parmesan cheese, ketchup, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.

Mix the ingredients together thoroughly with your hands until well combined.
