Ingredients

  • 8 slices Thick-cut bacon
  • 8 slices Sourdough bread
  • 0.5 cups Mayonnaise
  • 1 clove Garlic clove
  • 4 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 2 large Tomato
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay the bacon slices in a single layer. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.

Step 2

While the bacon cooks, prepare the garlic aioli. Mince the garlic clove finely, then stir it into the mayonnaise. Set aside for assembly.
