Directions

Step 1

Fill a large pot with water, add a pinch of salt, and bring to a boil. Add the linguine pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of the pasta cooking water before draining.

While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
