Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons Fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 clove, minced Garlic
  • 1 small, finely chopped (optional for heat) Red chili

Step 1

1. Bring a medium pot of water to a boil, seasoned with 1 teaspoon of salt. Add the chicken breasts, reduce the heat to a gentle simmer, and poach for 12-15 minutes or until fully cooked.
