Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 12 ounces Pasta (rotini or bowtie works best)

  • 1 large Red bell pepper

  • 1.5 cups Cherry tomatoes

  • 0.75 cups Mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cups Plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 quarts Water (for cooking pasta)

Directions

Step 1

Bring 4 quarts of salted water to a boil in a large pot. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente, about 10-12 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
