Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 0.5 pound Italian sausage
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 24 ounces Marinara sauce
  • 15 ounces Ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 teaspoons Dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 8 sheets No-boil lasagna noodles
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the ground beef, Italian sausage, and minced garlic. Cook until the meat is browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon as it cooks. Drain the excess grease and set aside.

Step 2

Stir the marinara sauce into the cooked meat mixture until well combined.

Step 3

In a medium bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and evenly blended.

Spray the inside of your crock pot with non-stick cooking spray or lightly grease it with olive oil to prevent sticking.

Cover the crock pot with its lid and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until the noodles are tender and the cheese on top is melted and bubbly.
