  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons (chopped, optional) fresh cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken thighs with 1 teaspoon of salt, 0.5 teaspoons of black pepper, and a pinch of paprika. Set aside.

In a large, deep skillet or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
