Ingredients

  • 1 round sourdough bread loaf
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 loaf baguette or bread chunks for dipping
  • 1 cup vegetables (carrots, celery, etc.) for dipping (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the top off the sourdough bread loaf and set it aside. Hollow out the center of the bread loaf to create a bowl, leaving about 1 inch of bread around the edges.
