Ingredients

  • 2 whole ripe peaches
  • 2 whole ripe avocados
  • 0.25 cup (finely diced) red onion
  • 1 whole (small, finely diced) jalapeño pepper
  • 2 tablespoons (chopped) cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons (freshly squeezed) lime juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon (freshly ground) pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash the peaches thoroughly, then dice them into small, bite-sized pieces. Place the diced peaches in a medium mixing bowl.

Step 2

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and carefully scoop out the flesh. Dice the avocado into similar-sized pieces as the peaches and add them to the bowl.

Finely dice the red onion and the jalapeño pepper (remove the seeds for less spice if desired). Add both to the mixing bowl.
