Ingredients

  • 500 g All-purpose flour

  • 7 g Active dry yeast

  • 2 Ripe avocados
  • 15 ml Lemon juice
  • 2 g Salt
  • 1 g Black pepper
  • 100 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 10 g Fresh cilantro

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt.

In a separate small bowl, mix the warm water and active dry yeast. Allow it to sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.

Add the olive oil to the yeast mixture and then pour the liquid mixture into the bowl with the flour.

Mix the ingredients until they form a dough, and knead it on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
