  • 4 pieces chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

  • 3 cloves, minced garlic
  • 14 ounces, drained and quartered canned artichoke hearts
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup, grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons, chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and black pepper.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
