  • 500 g Ground lamb
  • 4 large pieces Pita bread
  • 1 medium, finely chopped Onion

  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 100 g, shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F) or preheat a grill over medium-high heat.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, ground cumin, ground cinnamon, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
