  • 4 cups Apple cider

  • 2 pieces Bay leaves
  • 4 sprigs Fresh thyme
  • 1 inch Fresh ginger, sliced
  • 4 cups Ice cubes

Directions

Step 1

In a large pot, bring 8 cups of water to a gentle boil over medium-high heat.

Add the kosher salt and brown sugar to the water, stirring until fully dissolved.

Reduce the heat to low and steep the 4 black tea bags in the hot water for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and discard.
