Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled oats

  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.25 cup Honey
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Apples, peeled and diced (about 2 medium apples)
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened applesauce
  • 0.5 cup Chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.
