Ingredients

  • 1 large Celery root (peeled and julienned)

Directions

Step 1

Peel the celery root with a sharp knife to remove the tough outer skin. Julienne the celery root and set it aside.

Wash and core the apple, then julienne it as well. You do not need to peel the apple unless preferred.
