  • 4 pieces boneless chicken breasts

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and toast the almonds until golden brown, about 3–4 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent burning. Remove from the skillet, let them cool slightly, and then grind half of them into a coarse powder using a food processor. Reserve the other half for garnish.
