Ingredients

  • 12 oz Bow tie pasta (farfalle)
  • 10 oz Albacore tuna (canned, packed in water)
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp Fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1 small Red onion (finely diced)
  • 2 stalks Celery (diced)
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 small Cucumber (diced)
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the bow tie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta, rinse with cold water to cool, and set aside.

While the pasta is cooking, prepare the dressing. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, fresh dill, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy. Set the dressing aside.
