Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef sirloin (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 units Garlic cloves (minced)
  • 120 g Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 50 g Baby spinach leaves
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 12 units Toothpicks or small skewers

Directions

Step 1

Season the thinly sliced beef sirloin with a pinch of salt and black pepper on both sides.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the beef slices for about 1-2 minutes per side until lightly browned and just cooked through, then set aside to cool slightly.
