  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions for al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

While the pasta cooks, peel and thinly slice the garlic cloves.

If using fresh red chili, slice it thinly. For chili flakes, measure out the quantity.
