Ingredients

  • 4 Fresh oranges
  • 100 grams Baby spinach
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 100 grams Pomegranate seeds
  • 50 grams Toasted almonds
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Peel the oranges, removing all the pith. Slice each orange into thin rounds and remove any seeds. Set aside.
