  • 200 grams Adzuki beans (cooked and mashed)
  • 150 grams All-purpose flour

  • 120 milliliters Milk
  • 1.5 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 2 pieces Eggs (large)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a standard 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.
