Ingredients

  • 1 cup Broccoli florets

Directions

Step 1

Bring a small pot of water to boil and blanch the broccoli florets for 2 minutes until bright green and slightly tender. Drain and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until the mixture is smooth and slightly frothy.
