In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm milk, warm water, sugar, and yeast. Stir gently and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.
Add the vegetable oil, egg white, and salt to the yeast mixture and mix well.
Gradually add the flour, one cup at a time, mixing until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 8-10 minutes, until it is smooth and elastic.
