  • 227 grams Unsalted butter
  • 150 grams Granulated sugar
  • 260 grams All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 200 grams Light brown sugar
  • 120 milliliters Heavy cream
  • 60 milliliters Honey
  • 1 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 200 grams Pecans (chopped)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving a slight overhang on the sides for easy removal.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, cream together 113 grams of unsalted butter and 50 grams of granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the flour and salt, and mix until the dough comes together.
