Ingredients

  • 800 grams Russet potatoes
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 50 grams Butter
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 3 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons Molasses

  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground nutmeg

Directions

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and cut them into chunks. Boil them in a large pot of salted water for 15-20 minutes, or until very tender.
