Directions

Step 1

In a blender or food processor, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, smoked paprika, red chili flakes, cayenne pepper, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, white vinegar, red bell pepper, and bird's eye chilies (if using). Blend until smooth to create the Peri Peri marinade.
